If you are not perfectly satisfied with your non-perishable merchandise or pantry goods, you have 30 days from the delivery date to cancel your order and request a return or exchange.
To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement regarding the items.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any processing fees for this refund.
Conditions for returns:
For your items to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
The items were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Custom orders or specially personalized Savory Stacks merchandise.
Perishable foods, layered ingredients, or items that deteriorate rapidly.
Items unsealed after delivery, ineligible for return due to health or hygiene.
Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Please send all approved merchandise returns to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return transit. We strongly recommend an insured and trackable service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for your return. Once the product is received, a Savory Stacks gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver's original payment method.
